RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will accept items for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.  Items will be refunded for the price shown on your receipt.  Only items purchased are refunded.  Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If an item is broken or damaged in transit, please contact us within 20 days and we will send a replacement.  Replacements will not be sent after 20 days.

ORDER SHIPMENT
Orders will be processed within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Express orders placed before 1:00 PM CST will ship out same day.
